College Countdown’s Customer Service department is available to answer your questions regarding billing, orders, shipping, and product inquiries Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Orders

General information:

• We can only accept orders within the United States, including Puerto Rico.
• We can ship to P.O. Boxes.
• You may choose between a flat-rate $6 shipping or UPS Ground

Shipping

General Information:

• UPS shipping takes 2-5 business days for delivery, flat rate shipping requires 1-2 weeks for delivery
• Only UPS Shipping is trackable
• Orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 11 A.M. or else they will not be processed for expedited shipping until the next business day

Returns

General information:

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or misshipped item, please contact customer service. You may return new, unused books and calendars within 14 days of receipt from UPS/USPS.
  • Refund of the purchase price and sales tax only will be issued.
